Eighteen doubles teams enjoyed a wonderful friendly day on Sunday 16th November, in the Gravesend Invitational Doubles competition held at the Gravesend Rugby Football Club Boulodrome. Each team played 5 matches during the day and there was a lunchtime jack throwing competition to win biscuits, chocolates and bottles of wine, perhaps with mixed fortunes!
Everyone was a winner today with Christmas Fayre prizes for all the participants. A big thanks to Barry Menzies and Keith Atkinson for their excellent organisation as always. Keep an eye out for their future events as they are always popular and well run.
