It has been brought to the attention of the KPA that some Kent clubs have received emails from “Reborn Media”, a website network, about the possibility of building a website for clubs. The KPA were concerned this may be not genuine at best, or a scam at worst, so have made enquiries with Pétanque England.
The reply identified that Reborn Media are currently in negotiations with PE, but nothing has been decided as yet. PE have asked that at present clubs do not respond to any Reborn Media emails until any such agreement has been made.
In short it appears Reborn Media have ‘jumped the gun’ somewhat. Should any agreement be reached in future, PE will publish this in the usual way, explaining the agreement and any services Reborn Media can assist with.
